Dr. Michelle Dickerson is a Nurse Practitioner at Youthful Beginnings. She is also the founder and owner of Youthful Beginnings Med Spa, including 6 locations locally. Michelle has 21 years of experience in the nursing field, including the last 7 years in Aesthetics.
Michelle received her Associates Degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2004, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2007, her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2010 from University of Phoenix, her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice in 2019 from Liberty University, and her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2022 from West Coast University. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
In 2023 and 2024, Michelle was recognized by Med-Aesthetics America (MAA) as a Recommended Provider for her contributions to patients and families in the greater Richmond area. Youthful Beginnings was recognized and awarded as one of Richmond’s best med spas in 2022 by Readers Choice.

Her areas of expertise include: critical care, level one and two trauma, interventional cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and medical surgical nursing. Morgan is excited to blend her clinical expertise with her strong passion for helping others, so they can feel their most confident versions of themselves.
