Dr. Michelle Dickerson, FNP-BC FNP

Dr. Michelle Dickerson is a Nurse Practitioner at Youthful Beginnings. She is also the founder and owner of Youthful Beginnings Med Spa, including 5 locations locally. Michelle has 20 years of experience in the nursing field, including the last 6 years in Aesthetics.

Michelle received her Associates Degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2004, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2007, her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2010 from University of Phoenix, her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice in 2019 from Liberty University, and her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2022 from West Coast University. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

In 2023 and 2024, Michelle was recognized by Med-Aesthetics America (MAA) as a Recommended Provider for her contributions to patients and families in the greater Richmond area. Youthful Beginnings was recognized and awarded as one of Richmond’s best med spas in 2022 by Readers Choice.

On a personal level, Michelle was born and raised in Goochland, VA. She currently lives with her fiancé and son in New Kent, Virginia. In her free time, Michelle enjoys swimming, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Morgana Womack, RN

Morgana earned her Bachelors in Nursing from California State University, San Bernardino in 2015. After several years of travel, she has experience in Progressive Care, Telemetry, Emergency, Post Anesthesia Care, and Plastic Surgery. Morgana has always been drawn to Medical Aesthetics and she is very excited to be focusing her career in this field. She looks forward to working with patients who are excited for treatment and helping her clients look and feel their best every day.

When she’s not in the office making you look even more gorgeous, you can find Morgana on the Peloton leaderboard, out on a run, or spending time with her two little girls and husband.
