In 2005, Sarah graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Throughout her career as an ICU RN, she has
received multiple awards including VCUHS Team Member of the Month, a
hospital level Daisy Award for compassionate nursing care, and unit-based
awards in Excellence in Professional Practice and Excellence in Nursing
Leadership.
Sarah’s passion for helping patients achieve positive outcomes is what led her to
aesthetics. She is trained in neuromodulator and filler injections as well as
Kybella and QWO injections. The best part of her day as a Nurse Injector is
making a positive impact on her patients by improving their self-confidence.
When she isn’t making her client’s even more beautiful, Sarah enjoys reading,
cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Dr. Michelle Dickerson is a Nurse Practitioner at Youthful Beginnings. She is also the founder and owner of Youthful Beginnings Med Spa, including 6 locations locally. Michelle has 21 years of experience in the nursing field, including the last 7 years in Aesthetics.
Michelle received her Associates Degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2004, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2007, her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2010 from University of Phoenix, her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice in 2019 from Liberty University, and her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2022 from West Coast University. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
In 2023 and 2024, Michelle was recognized by Med-Aesthetics America (MAA) as a Recommended Provider for her contributions to patients and families in the greater Richmond area. Youthful Beginnings was recognized and awarded as one of Richmond’s best med spas in 2022 by Readers Choice.
On a personal level, Michelle was born and raised in Goochland, VA. She currently lives with her husband and son in New Kent, Virginia. In her free time, Michelle enjoys swimming, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
