Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Throughout her career as an ICU RN, she has
received multiple awards including VCUHS Team Member of the Month, a
hospital level Daisy Award for compassionate nursing care, and unit-based
awards in Excellence in Professional Practice and Excellence in Nursing
Leadership.
Sarah’s passion for helping patients achieve positive outcomes is what led her to

Michelle received her Associates Degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2004, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2007, her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2010 from University of Phoenix, her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice in 2019 from Liberty University, and her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2022 from West Coast University.
